Description: | The Villa of Spencer Meredith stood at Clapham Common South Side and was later called Clapham Lodge, built in 1820. The home of John Wild during the period 1835 - 1854, a successful and wealthy city wine merchant. The building, with later modification stillstands, set back from the South Side.
