The Reverend Luke Booker, Clerk Doctor of Laws, Vicar of Dudley; Thomas Wainwright, Surgeon; Richard Powell, Gentleman; Edward Guest, Nail Ironmonger; Richard Moore, Nail Ironmonger; and Joseph Cox, Nail Ironmonger, Commissioners for carrying out a certain Act of Parliament. 3. John Turton Fereday; Edward Dixon; George Dalton; James Bourne; and Herbert Dudley Bourne of Tipton, Ironmasters and Co-Partners. 4. Peter Kempson; Jacob Pope; William Aston; William Baldwin; and Charles Grafton of Toll End, Iron Masters and Co-Partners. 5.
