Two closes or parcels of old inclosed ground (now in four divisions) (heretofore said to contain 22a., but by recent survey 18a. 2r. 33p.) in Middle Rasen, bounded by the road leading from Market Rasen to Caistor east, lands of the late Marmaduke Tomline esq and now of Revd John Gordon west, lands of Joseph Kendall on north, and the next described close piece or parcel of land or ground called the Graper Syke Close on south, , which closes were heretofore conveyed to James Connington and his heirs by William Watson of Kirton (Holland), gent, and by James Connington conveyed to Richard Clark, decd, and his heirs, some time since in the tenure or occupation of Philip Huntsfield, afterwards of Richard Clark, decd, and now of William Wells, their respective undertenants or assigns. Also close piece or parcel of meadow or pasture ground, now divided into two closes, in Middle Rasen, called the Graper Syke Close (heretofore said to contain 8a., afterwards by survey 7a. 2r. 12p., but by recent admeasurement 7a. 3r. 31p.), bounded by the road from Market Rasen to Caistor on east, the estate of John Gordon on west, the closes, pieces or parcels of land or ground first described on north, and the next described closes, pieces or parcels of land called Bramebarr Closes, and lands late of Richard Clark, decd, but lately sold and conveyed to John Twigg, respectively on south, which close was sometime since in the tenure or occupation of William Torry, afterwards of Richard Clark, decd, and now of William Wells, their respective undertenants or assigns. Also two closes pieces or parcels of meadow or pasture ground (being old inclosure and some time since in one close) in Middle Rasen called Bramebarr Closes (heretofore said to contain 12a., but by recent survey 13a. 0r. 20p.), bounded by the said lands late of Richard Clark, decd, but lately sold to John Twigg on east, lands of John Gordon on west, the western part of the before described close and lands of John Gordon respectively on north, and lands of William Rawson and John Gordon respectively and the next described close called Gallymore Lane Close and a close called Gallymore Lane Close also late of Richard Clark, decd, but lately sold to John Twigg respectively on south, (excepting a certain piece or parcel of land or ground at the south west corner thereof (98 square yards) sold to John Twigg as the same is now staked out and intended to be fenced off from the remaining part of the said closes for the purpose of forming a road of communication between the land firstly mentioned to have been sold to John Twigg and the close called Gallymore Lane Close also sold to John Twigg), which were formerly in the tenure or occupation of Francis Wildboar, afterwards of Thomas Friar, Joseph Maile, and William Hubbert and several successive tenants, since of William Drewy, late of Richard Clark, decd, and now of William Wells their respective tenants or assigns. Also close piece or parcel of meadow or pasture ground (in two divisions) in Middle Rasen called Gallymore Lane Close (8a. 0r. 36p.), bounded by the close called Gallymore Lane Close sold to John Twigg on the east, by land of John Gordon on west, the last described closes on north, and a certain road or lane called Gallymore Lane on south, which was formerly in the tenure or occupation of Robert Vicars, afterwards of Robert Osborn, Francis Tippin, John Wiles, John Whelpton and Edward Whelpton successively, since of Richard Clark, decd, and now of William Wells their respective tenants or assigns; with appurtenances.

Covenant relating to a road way and passage for William Wells and future owners of Bramebarr Closes, their servants, labourers, cattle, carts and other carriages, through a close called the Sand Close, from Gallymore Lane, along the side of the boundary fence on the east side of the close.
