Description: | (1) William Brooke Scholefield of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, gent., a bachelor.
(2) Samuel George Smith, of Goldings, Hertfordshire, esq., Revd Sir Henry Foulis, late of Wragby but now of Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, Bart., and Frederick Manning, late of Combe Bank, Kent, but now of Leamington, Warwickshire, esq.
(3) William Hungerford Holdich of New Sleaford, gent.
Recites that (1) holds the lands here described. Quotes will of Edmund Turnor, late of Panton House and of Stoke Rochford, esq., of 19 Mar 1829, by which he bequeathed to the Revd Francis Whichcote, clerk, and the Revd Charles Turnor, clerk, certain property, (subject partly to a yearly jointure rent charge of £600). The property so charged to be for the use of F Whichcote and Chas. Turnor for a lease of 99 years. Dorothea Turnor (wife of Edmund Turnor) was to receive £2,400 per annum out of this estate; Elizabeth Edmunda Manning, daughter of Edmund Turnor was to receive £1,000 per annum, the property charged therewith to be to the use of Sir Wm. Foulis Bart., and Sir Thos. Whichcote, Bart., for a term of 100 years. The property was to be to the use of John Turnor of Stoke Rochford, esq., (since deceased) and (2) for a term of 500 years, in trust for the use of Christopher Turnor, eldest son of Edmund Turnor.
Declares that Edmund Turnor died soon after making this will which was proved on 26 Sep 1829, and also that John Turnor died in 1840.

Property: Messuage or farm house with barn, stable etc., in Lissington (3r. 29p.) bounded on south by road from Holton to Linwood and on east, north and west by lands of Christopher Turnor; 2 small pieces of land nearby (1a. 0r. 31p.); a piece of arable land (6a. 3 r. 6p.) bounded on the west by lands of Revd T Nairne, on south by lands of Christopher Turnor, on the east by lands belonging to Corpus Christi College, Oxford, and on the north by Lissington Common; 6 other pieces of land (54a. 3r. 15p.) and all other lands of Wm. B Scholefield in Lissington. And also closes of arable and pasture called Milne Hill closes (c43a.) and a pingle called Sparrow Garth: and a close of arable or pasture in 2 closes in a Wong called Woodalls' (13a.) in a place called Hardings.
