Description: | The first Wesleyan Methodist chapel was in Cottage Lane and opened in 1798. It was replaced by a chapel in Chapel Lane in 1816, which was demolished and rebuilt in 1861. This chapel was originally known as 'Wesley', but later became known as 'Trinity'.
