Description: | Mary Christina, Dowager Lady Arundell:
Confirms the settlement of the Wardour estate made on the marriage of her grandson, the Hon. James Everard Arundell.
Bequeaths and appoints the Wardour estate to Edward Jerningham esq., (one of the trustees named in the said settlement) his heirs and assigns, to the uses and trusts of this settlement.
Confirms the appointment made by her of her estate in the county of Lincolnshire to the use of her daughter, Eleonora, Lady Clifford, her heirs and assigns forever.
Devises her manor of Lanherne, Cornwall, and the mansion house, gardens, pleasure grounds, lands etc., containing in the whole 83a. 1r. 6p. (details of closes), to the use of James Everard, Lord Arundell, the Hon. James Everard Arundell and Raymond Thomas Arundell esq., their heirs and assigns forever.
To granddaughter the Hon. Anna Maria Arundell an annuity of £150.
To granddaughter the Hon. Laura Maria Arundell £2,000.
To grandson the Hon. Benedict Conquest Arundell £5,000, to be vested in him when he reaches the age of twenty-one and in the meantime to have £50 a year interest.
To granddaughter the Hon. Juliana Maria Arundell £1,500 at twenty-one or time of marriage.
To granddaughter the Hon. Catherine Maria Arundell £1,500 at twenty-one or time of marriage. In the meantime both granddaughters to have £50 a year interest.
Charges the annuity of £150, the legacies of £2,000, £5,000, £1,500, and the interest attending the same on her Lincolnshire estate exclusively.
Bequeaths £5,500 to James Everard, Lord Arundell, James Everard Arundell and Raymond Thomas Arundell for their own absolute use and benefit. Bequeaths £500 to Raymond Thomas Arundell for his own use. To Mr John Barnard £600 for her services [sic] to her dear Lord and herself. To all her servants who shall be living with her at the time of her decease mourning and one year's wage over and above what may be due to them. Takes on herself the monies due to Mrs Eleanor Smedley by the late Lord Arundell.
Bequeaths the residue of her real and personal estate to daughter Eleanora, Lady Clifford, subject to the payment of testator's debts, legacies, and funeral and testamentary expenses. Appoints daughter Eleanora, Lady Clifford, as sole executrix. 5 Nov 1812
Witnesses: Thomas Willan, rector of Irnham, Jas. Cook, Hawthorpe, Benjamin Handley, attorney at law, Sleaford.
Codicils: bequeaths her valuable ivory crucifixion by Raphael to daughter Mary Clifford, and after her death to Lord Clifford, and after his death to their eldest son. Requests it may descend to the eldest son of the Clifford family as an heirloom.

Charges her Lincolnshire estate with the following further annuities for the lives of the grantees: to Eleanor Smedley £100 per annum, to Ann Chapelow £30 per annum, to Mary Martin £30 per annum, to Robert Beeston £20 per annum, to Edward Moore £10 per annum, to the Rev. Joseph Hunt £10 per annum.
