Description: | Parties: William Carter of Kinmel, Denbighshire, Esq. son and heir of Elizabeth Carter late of Kinmel widow deceased, one of the daughters of Sir Thomas Style late of Wateringbury, Kent, bart., Sir Thomas Style bart. son and heir of the foregoing, Thomas Dallison junior of Hampton, Kent, Esq. and William Perris of St. Dunstan, West London, gent.
Property: all that moiety (the whole in two equal parts to be divided) of the manor of Redbourne and the capital messuage and manor house called the White House and the rectory, glebe, tithes and advowson of the vicarage and all other manors lands etc. in Redbourne, parcels of carr ground in Waddingham, formerly of William Tyrwhitt of Kettleby.
Consideration: the rehearsal of the marriage settlement of William Carter and Sarah Price under which the whole undivided property was conveyed and settled to the use of Elizabeth Carter for life and afterwards to Sir T. Style and T. Dallison for 500 years to raise £2,000 to such uses as Elizabeth Carter might appoint (1 and 2 September 1709) and of the will of Elizabeth Carter dividing the £2,000 into two parts, £1,000 to William Carter and £1,000 to his daughters and younger children (30 January 1716), the payment to William Carter of £1,000.
