This abstracts deeds already in RED/1/2 and also of deed of 1748 in which, for a term of 590 years, Robert Vyner of Swakeley, Middlesex, William Price of Rhiwlas. Merionethshire, Thomas Carter of Redbourne Esq., Robert Carter clerk, Sarah (sic) his wife, Francis Anderson Esq. and Ellen his wife, grant to Sydenham Matthews and George Eckersall Esq.
A messuage and lands in Pickworth, £ 55 rent in occupation Benjamin Patman, part of the messuage and lands in occupation William Whitaker of £ 54 rent, part of the lands limited to Robert Vyner and William Price by act of parliament for a term of 600 years, the consideration being the payment of £ 500 to Robert Carter and £ 1000 to Francis Anderson for portions Continues with abstracts of a deed poll of declaration that the £ 1500 is the money of Margaret Wynne spinster 1748, of an assignment of the term to her, an assignment of the term by her and her husband Henry Bankes to Thomas Whichcott for Thomas Carter to attend the inheritance on payment of £ 1545 9s 9d, 1753.

Abstracts the marriage settlement of Robert Carter and Charlotte his wife 25 February 1768, by which in augmentation of her £ 200 already settled (RED/2/1/30). Robert Carter settled £ 2000 to trustees Edmund Nelthorpe and Richard Branston and appoints lands in Pickworth of Benjamin Patman rent £ 50, William Smith rent £ 32, widow Wright £ 41, William Bird rent £ 36, -- Sharpe rent £ 32, lands of William Ellis in Hibaldstow rent £ 28 to hold from his death if she survives, for her life to have paid to her another £ 200 a year, also appointed a term of 500 years to Nelthorpe and Branston for payment of £ 5000 and £ 8000 portions for daughters and younger sons to be raised after his death.
2 February 1818: appointment of term of 600 years for payment of portions of £ 1000 and £ 500 to younger children of William Carter which had come to George earl of Ashburnham and Charles Anderson Pelham lord Yarborough as representatives of Robert Vyner, to Thomas Nettleshipp (cf. MISC DEP/63/7).
Assignment of a term of 500 years, for Charlotte wife of Robert Carter, for her jointure, since she died before her husband, since her husband died in 1787 leaving one daughter only, by Sir Henry Nelthorpe executor of Sir John Nelthorpe bart. who was heir to Edward Nelthorpe Esq.
The assignment was made to Thomas Nettleshipp who also was granted the administration of Thomas Whichcott limited to these estates, 13 April 1818.
The term of 100 years under the deed of 6 May 1729 for sale of estates etc. to William Wynne of the Middle Temple and William Travers of Lincoln's Inn was come to Edward Stackhouse of Pendarock, Cornwall who assigned it to Thomas Nettleshipp 3 February 1818.
